| 摘 要： | 目的 研究角质细胞生长因子(keratinocyte growth factor, KGF)对大鼠肝癌细胞CBRH-7919增殖的影响.方法 MTT法检测不同浓度的重组人角质细胞生长因子(K102)对CBRH-7919细胞增殖的影响;免疫细胞化学技术检测角质细胞生长因子受体(keratinocyte growth factor receptor, KGFR)在CBRH-7919细胞中的表达.结果 KGFR在CBRH-7919细胞的胞膜和胞质中均有表达,MTT实验显示K102对CBRH-7919细胞增殖作用与对照组相比无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 KGFR在CBRH-7919细胞的胞膜和胞质中存在表达,但K102对肝癌细胞CBRH-7919的增殖无明显作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the impact of KGF on the proliferation of rat hepatoma cell line CBRH-7919.Methods MTT assay was performed to measure the influence of recombinant human keratinocyte growth factor(K102) on the proliferation of CBRH-7919.Immunocytochemistry technique was employed to determine the expression of KGFR in CBRH-7919 cells.Results KGFR was expressed in the CBRH-7919 cells.MTT experiment showed that the growth of CBRH-7919 cells was not significantly influenced by K102(P>0.05).Conclusion KG... |
