针刺对女性迟发性痤疮患者性激素的影响

将 60例发病年龄大于 2 5岁的女性痤疮患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组用围刺配合叩刺拔罐治疗 ,对照组用口服丹参酮药物治疗 ,并用放射免疫分析法检测治疗前后患者血清睾酮、雌二醇含量变化。结果 :治疗组的治愈率明显优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组睾酮及睾酮 /雌二醇值治疗后明显降低 ,有显著性意义。提示针刺对女性迟发性痤疮有效 ,其机理可能是通过调节机体的内分泌 ,使睾酮水平降低 ,雌激素相对地升高 ,降低了睾酮/雌二醇值 ,调节了紊乱的内分泌

Effect of Acupuncture on Sex Hormone of Female Post Adolescent Acne Suffers

Sixty cases of female post adolescent acne suffers age more than 25 years old)were randomly dividid into two groups.The treatment group (n=30) was treated by surround needling combined with plum-blossom needle therapy plus cupping blood letting and the control group (n=30) was treated by taking tanshinoe capsules.Serum testosterone(T) and estradiol(E-2) levels before and after treatment were determined by radioimmunoassay in two group.comparision of the cured rate in both group showed significant difference(P<0.05).There were significate differences in the decrease of serum T level and T/E-2 ratio befween the two groups (P<0.05).The results showed that acupuncture had a definite therapeutic effect on female post adolescent acne.Its mechanism may be the regulation effect of endocrinic environment through acupuncture,having decreased T level and increased E-2 in serum level,leading to decline of the T/E-2 ratio.
