| 摘 要： | 目的:研究河南产珍珠梅花蕾和花的挥发性成分。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取和气质联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS),首次分析了河南产珍珠梅花蕾和花的挥发性成分。结果:从花蕾中鉴定了44种组分,从花中鉴定了36种组分。其中有32种组分二者是相同的。结论:珍珠梅花在开放的过程中,其内部化学物质的代谢基本稳定.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the volatile constituents from the buds and flowers of Sorbaria sorbifolia(L.) A.Br.in Henan province.Methods: The volatile constituents from the buds and flowers of Sorbaria sorbifolia(L.) A.Br.in Henan province were analyzed by head,space,solid,micro-extraction,coupled with GCMS for the first time.Results: 44 constituents were identified from the buds of Sorbaria sorbifolia(L.) A.Br,and 36 constituents from the flowers.32 constituents were owned in both samples.Conclusion: The metabolism of chemical constituents in Sorbaria sorbifolia(L.) A.Br is stable constantly during the buds blooming. |
