青刺果多糖对糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂含量的影响

摘    要:
目的研究青刺果多糖对四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病小鼠的血糖、血脂等血液生化指标的影响。方法腹腔一次性注射四氧嘧啶复制模型。造模成功后,将实验动物分为模型组(生理盐水)、青刺果多糖治疗组(300 mg/kg)、阿卡波糖阳性药物治疗组(20 mg/kg)和正常对照组(生理盐水)。每组小鼠于给药后2周末、4周末分别测定空腹12h血糖、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、尿素氮和总胆固醇的含量及小鼠体重。结果2周末,青刺果多糖治疗组和阳性药物治疗组与模型组相比,血糖、丙氨酸转氨酶均显著降低(P<0.05),甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、天冬氨酸转氨酶、尿素氮和总胆固醇均无差异,体重明显升高(P<0.05);4周末,青刺果多糖治疗组和阳性药物对照组与模型组相比,血糖、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、天冬氨酸转氨酶、尿素氮均显著降低(P<0.05),丙氨酸转氨酶则极显著降低(P<0.01),对总胆固醇的影响无显著差异,体重逐渐增加接近正常。结论青刺果多糖具有降低糖尿病小鼠血糖水平,调节血脂紊乱和保护肝肾的功能。

Effect of Polysaccharide from Prinsepia utilis Royle on Glycemia and Serum Lipoprotein Levels in Diabetes Mellitus Mice

Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of polysaccharide from Prinsepia utilis Royle on serum biochemistry in diabetic mice induced by alloxan.Methods Alloxan was administered intraperitoneally to establish diabetic models in mice.After the modeling,animals were divided into the model group(physiological saline),polysaccharide from Prinsepia utilis Royle treatment group(300 mg/kg),acarbose positive control group(20 mg/kg) and normal control group(physiological saline).After the administration for two and four weeks,the levels of fasting 12 hours blood glucose and the contents of triglyeride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate amino transferase,blood urea nitrogen,total cholesterol and body weights were detected respectively.Results After two weeks,compared with the model group,polysaccharide from Prinsepia utilis Royle and positive control group could significantly decrease the blood glucose and alanine aminotransferase(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on triglyeride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,aspartate amino transferase,urea nitrogen and total cholesterol.And body weight were increased significantly(P<0.05).After four weeks,compared with the model group,polysaccharide from Prinsepia utilis Royle and positive control group could obviously decrease the blood glucose,triglyeride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,aspartate amino transferase,blood urea nitrogen(P<0.05),as well as alanine amino transferase decreased significantly(P<0.01),total cholesterol had no significant effect.The body weight were gradually increased to normal.Conclusion Polysaccharide from Prinsepia utilis Royle has the function to decrease the blood glucose levels in diabetes mice,regulate the disorders of blood lipid and protect the liver and the kidney.
