摘    要:目的:研究卷柏属几种药用植物黄酮苷类水溶性成分的液相色谱特征,为该属植物化学成分的评价及药材鉴别提供依据。方法:对湖北地理分布为主的8种卷柏属药用植物的水溶性部位进行RP—HPLC分析,比较色谱峰的异同。结果:8种植物都具有黄酮苷色谱峰,共有峰有2个,其中一个为芹菜素-6,8-二-C—β—D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。不同物种显示出它们各自的指纹特征。结论:黄酮苷类成分是卷柏属植物普遍存在的化学成分类型,但不同物种中黄酮苷的种类差别很大。

Abstract:Objective: To study the HPLC fingerprint characteristics of water-soluble flavones in the medicinal plants from Selaginella genus, provide a premise to the constituent evaluation and materia medica identification of these plants. Method: The water-soluble portion of eight Selaginella plants which mainly gathered from Hubei Province was analyzed by RP-HPLC, then the chromatographic peaks was compared. Result: Eight Selaginella species all contain flavone glycoside peaks, two common peaks were found, one of them was 6,8-di-C-β-D- glucopyranosylapigenin, different species exibit their own fingerprint characteristic. Conclusion: Flavone glycoside is a common constituent type in Selaginella plants, but detail constituents are diversity in different species.
