草酸铂加氟尿嘧啶及亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌

目的 :研究草酸铂 (Oxa)、氟尿嘧啶 (5 FU)及亚叶酸钙 (CF)联合化疗对晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法 :试验组 2 6例采用Oxa、5 FU、CF静脉滴注方案 ,3周为 1周期 ;对照组 2 1例治疗方案采用丝裂霉素 (MMC)、多柔比星 (ADM )和氟尿嘧啶 ,4周为 1周期 ,均连用 3周期为 1疗程 ,然后评定疗效。结果 :试验组组 2 6例 ,有效率为50 % ,无进展中位生存期 7 1个月 ;对照组有效率为 33 3 % ,无进展中位生存期 5 4个月。两组有效率对比差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5) ,但无进展中位生存期比较试验组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。主要副作用为静脉炎及末梢神经炎 ,分别为 1 0 0 %和 73 1 % ,血液毒性轻微。结论 :Oxa+5 FU +CF是治疗晚期胃癌安全有效的方案。

Oxaliplatin, fluorouracil and calcium folinate in the treatment of patients with advanced stomach cancer

Purpose:To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of the combination of oxaliplatin(Oxa), fluorouracil and calcium folinate in the treatment of patients with advanced stomach cancer.Methods:26 patents with advanced stomach cancer confirmed by pathology were enrolled into the study. The patients received Oxa 130 mg/m 2 iv, 3 h and calcium folinate 200 mg/m 2 iv,on day 1 5, and fluorouracil 500 mg/m 2, iv, 6 h, day 1 5, 3 weeks is a cycle. 3 cycles were carried out. Results:The overall response rate was 50%. The overall response of the control was 33.3%. There was no obvious difference between overall response rates of two groups ( P >0 05) The progression free median duration of responsive patients was 7.1 months in Oxa CF 5 Fu group and 5.4 months in control ( P <0 05). The major side effects include phlebitis and peripheral neuritis. Conclusions:Combination of Oxa, CF and 5 FU is an effective regimen in the treatment of patients with advanced stomach cancer. [
