彩色多普勒超声观测健康成人输尿管喷尿现象的研究

摘    要:
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声观测健康成人输尿管喷尿的特点及临床意义。方法:选择健康查体者160例,男女各80例,年龄21岁~60岁,饮水500ml后,应用彩色多普勒血流成像技术观测输尿管膀胱开口处的尿流形态、尿流速度、喷尿频率、喷尿持续时间。结果:泌尿功能达到高峰时,输尿管口彩色多普勒尿流呈鲜红色,尿流速度24cm/s~50cm/s,单侧喷尿频率4次/min~8次/min,每次持续时间4.6s~7.9s。双侧差异、年龄差异及性别差异均无显著性意义,P>0.05。结论:健康成人输尿管喷尿的峰值指标稳定在一定范围,峰值决定于肾脏的最大储备能力,可在一定程度上反映肾功能的状态。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the characteristic and significance of ureteral jets in normal persons by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods The shape, speed, frequency and time of urinary jets were observed by color Doppler ultrasound in 160 cases( including 80 men and 80 women)whose ages were between 21 and 60 after drinking 500 ml water. Rusults The color of u- reteral jets were red by color Doppler ultrasound when the urinary function arrived at a peak value. The speed was between 24 cm/s and 50 cm/s, The frequency was between 4 and 8 every minute. The time of ureteral jets was between 4.6 s and 7.9 s. The indexes of bilateral ureteral jets, the ages and the sexes had no significantly differences(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The indexes of urinary jets are within certain ranges. The peaks are decided by the reserved ability of the kidneys and it can response the function of the kidneys.
