双黄连注射液治疗乌头碱中毒所致快速性房颤的临床研究

目的探讨双黄连注射液对乌头碱中毒所致快速性房颤的治疗作用。方法将 2 3例重度乌头碱中毒所致快速性房颤患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。对照组 1 1例给予催吐、洗胃、导泻、输液及抗心律失常治疗 ;治疗组 1 2例不经催吐、洗胃、导泻等排除毒物处理 ,给予双黄连注射液静滴。观察两组患者症状缓解时间及症状消失时间 ,并监测心电图恢复正常时间 ,比较两组结果的差异。结果治疗组患者症状缓解时间、消失时间及心电图恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论双黄连注射液对于乌头碱中毒所致快速性房颤有特别治疗效果

The Therapeutic Effects of Injection Shuanghuanglian on Rapid Atrial Fibrillation Induced by Aconitine Intoxication

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Injection Shuanghuanglian (ISHL) on the cases with rapid atrial fibrillation induced by aconitine intoxication.Methods Twenty-three cases with rapid atrial fibrillation induced by severe aconitine intoxication were randomly divided into two groups, with 12 in treating group (TG) treated by ISHL alone and 11 in controlling group (CG) treated by conventional therapy, composed of such measures as gastric lavage and administration of emetics and cathartic.Then,observed were the time of symptom remissed, the time of symptom disappeared and the time of ECG indexes rcovered to normal.A comparison was made among these indicators between the two groups at last.Results Shortened period of time was observed in all the 3 indicators of time in TG,significantly superior to that of CG (P<0.01).Conclusion ISHL holds significant therapeutic effects on the cases with rapid atrial fibrillation induced by aconitine intoxication.
