摘 要: | 目的:采用HPLC建立指纹图谱测定方法,确保怡康菊茶的质量稳定性。方法:采用DiamomilC18色谱柱,甲醇-0.05%磷酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长280nm。结果:建立了怡康菊茶的HPLC对照指纹图谱,标示成品中的29个共有峰,并指认了原儿茶酸、绿原酸、金丝桃苷、五味子醇甲和五味子醇乙5种活性成分。结论:该方法简单,准确可靠,重复性好,可作为怡康菊茶质量控制的一种有效方法。

Abstract: | Objective:To establish a fingerprint analytical method by HPLC for ensuring the quality of Yikangju tea. Methods:Chromatographic conditions of HPLC were as follows: Diamomil C18 column with temperature at 30°C ;methanol and 0.05% H3PO4 aqueous solution (gradient elution)as a mobile phase; deterction wave- length at 280nm;flowing rate being 1.0 mL/min. Results: The reference HPLC -fingerprint of Yikangju tea was set up. Twenty - nine peaks were indicated on the HPLC - fingerprint of Yikangju tea. The main active components in Yikangju tea were determined, including caffeotannic acid, protocatechuic acid, hyperin, schisandrin and Wuweizi alcohol B. Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can efficiently control the quality of Yikangiu tea. |
