天枢、大肠俞子午捣臼法治疗肠易激综合征的疗效评价

目的:观察天枢、大肠俞子午捣臼法与马来酸曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合征的疗效差异。方法:将符合罗马Ⅱ诊断标准与中医证型属于肝郁脾虚证的40例受试对象随机分治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予针刺天枢、大肠俞为主(每天1次),采用子午捣臼法。对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀胶囊(2粒,每日3次)治疗,两组疗程均为4周。结果:两组患者单项症状积分差值比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后临床症状积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。针刺临床疗效总有效率为73.7%,明显优于西药组。结论:天枢、大肠俞子午捣臼法可明显改善肠易激综合征患者的临床症状,其疗效优于西药组。

Curative Effect on Irritable Bowel Syndrome by the Son Noon Dao Jiu Method of Tianshu and Dachangshu

Objective：Observation curative effect difference of curing irritable bowel syndrome in using the son noon Dao Jiu method of Tian shu and Dachangshu,using Trimebutine Maleate Tablets.Methods：Will match Rome Ⅱdiagnosis Standard and Chinese medicine certificate type belong to liver Yu Pi falsely certificate of 40 is tried object to random divide treatment set and matched control.Treatment set＇s giving the pinprick Tian shu and Dachangshu（everyday 1 time）,using the son noon Dao Jiu method.The matched control gives Trimebutine Maleate Tablet s（is 2 grains of,everyday is 3 times）.Two sets of treatments are all on all sides.Results：The list of two sets of sufferers item symptom integral calculus the bad value relatively have statistics to learn meaning（P0.01）.Two sets of sufferers after curing the clinical symptom integral calculus all and more obviously lower before curing（P0.01）.The pinprick clinical curative effect is always efficient to is 73.7%,obviously surpass a western medicine set.Conclusion：the son noon Dao Jiu method of Tian shu and Dachangshu can obviously improve bowel to easily arouse comprehensive advertise for the sufferer＇s clinical symptom,its curative effect better than western medicine set.
