不同促渗剂对灯盏花素离体鼠皮透过行为影响

摘    要:目的:研究新型促渗剂Transcutol P(Trans P)、Labrasol(Lab)以及传统促渗剂丙二醇(PG)对灯盏花素透皮行为的影响。方法:采用改良Franz扩散池,考察Trans P、Lab和PG在不同浓度下,对灯盏花素离体鼠皮透过行为的影响。结果:与空白组相比,5%Trans P、3%Trans P、3%PG、1%Trans P、与5%PG的表观渗透系数分别提高了2.54、2.01、1.64、1.51和1.47倍,有差异(P<0.05),几种促渗剂对灯盏花素透过的增渗作用依次为5%Trans P>3%Trans P>3%PG>1%Trans P>5%PG。结论:5%Trans P、3%Trans P、3%PG、1%Trans P、与5%PG的促渗效果比较明显,可进一步应用于灯盏花素透皮制剂中。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of Lab,Trans P and PG on Breviscapinun across the rat skin.Methods:The Franz diffusion chamber was applied for evaluating the different concentrations of each penetration enhancer(PE) on the Breviscapinun permeability in vitro.Results:Compared with the control(P0.05),5%Trans P、3%Trans P、3%PG、1%Trans P、and 5%PG increased the apparent permeability as much as 3.15、3.05、1.64、1.51 and 1.47times,(P0.05).The penetration rate with the PE:5%Trans P3%Trans P3%PG1%Trans P5%PG.Conclusion:The enhance effect of 5%Trans P、3%Trans P、3%PG、1%Trans P、与5%PG was significant,and were likely to apply in the further research.
