磨牙纵折保存治疗84例临床分析

目的探讨磨牙纵折的保存治疗效果。方法选择84颗纵折的磨牙采用结扎丝固定加全冠修复治疗，并对纵折因素进行分析。结果上颌第一磨牙纵折发生率最高，其中44例曾做过牙髓牙体治疗，占52．3％，31例为隐裂牙，占36．9％，9例为单纯牙体治疗，占10．7％，治疗总有效率为86．9％．结论磨牙纵折与牙体牙髓治疗及隐裂有关，磨牙纵折应做保存治疗，不可轻易拔除。

Clinical analysis of conservative therapies of molar teeth after longitudinal fracture

Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of the conservative treatment on the molar teeth with longitudinal fractures.
