| 摘 要： | 目的：减轻手背浅静脉穿刺时对组织血管的损伤及产妇的疼痛,提高静脉穿刺成功率。方法：将500例住院产妇随机分为两组,对照组采用常规法,实验组采用压痕直刺针尖斜面向左倾斜45°法进行穿刺。两组选用的静脉、药物相同,环境温度相同。结果：实验组方法对组织血管损伤小,产妇疼痛反应轻,液体外渗少,首次穿刺成功率高,经统计学处理,两组具有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论：实验组方法能减轻静脉穿刺过程中的疼痛、减少对组织血管的损伤、提高首次穿刺成功率,可在妇产科临床护理中推广应用。
