老年康复期病人护理模式研究

目的 :探索不同护理模式对老年康复期病人身心健康的影响。方法 :将 10 2例意识清楚、有一定的躯体功能缺损的老年康复期病人随机分成两组 ,对照组在争取客观支持的基础上加强生活护理 ,实验组在强化主观支持与利用度的基础上强化功能锻炼。应用社会支持评定量表、抑郁自评量表、生活满意度评定量表及日常生活能力量表在护理干预前后进行测试。结果 :实验组在社会支持、日常生活能力及生活满意度等方面明显优于对照组。结论 :老年康复期病人应重视主观支持与社会利用度的提高及功能锻炼 ,以增进病人身心健康 ,提高生活质量 ,减轻亲友的照顾压力

A Study on Nursing Model of Senile Patients in Rehabilitation Stage

Objective:to explore the influence of different nursing models on psychosomatic health of senile rehabilitation stage patients. Methods:102 cases of senile patients in the recovery stage with clear consciousness and some defects of somatic function were divided into two groups. Patients of control group were strengthened their life care on the bases of objective supports. Patients of test group were strengthened functional exercises based on strengthened their subjective supports and utilization degrees. Social support assessment scale, depression self-assessment scale, life satisfaction assessment scale, and daily life ability scale were adopted to assess these patients before and after the nursing intervention.Results:in the aspects of social support, daily life ability, and life satisfaction degree, patients of test group were superior to patients of control group.Conclusion:senile patients of recovery stage should pay more attention to the elevation of both subjective supports and social utilization degree and the functional exercises. It could promote the somatic health of patients, enhance their life quality, and lower the caring pressures of their relatives.
