| 摘 要： | 本文报道了2%普鲁卡因穴位封闭治疗面肌痉挛200例,治愈率为(109)55.45%,总有效率为(200)100%,并应用统计学方法,对年龄、病程与疗效的关系进行了对比分析,结果表明:年龄与疗效无差异(P>0.05),病程与疗效有非常显著的差异(P<0.005),该疗法是治疗面肌痉挛的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | 200 cases of facial spasm treated with 2%procain in block therapy are reqorted in this ar-ticle. The rate of treatment was 55.45 % (109), and the total effective rate was 100%(200).The relations between age and course, and curative effect was compared and analyzed bymeans of statistical method. The result showed no differentia between age and curative effect(P>0.05), but sharp differentia between course and curative effect (P<0.05) .Experiencedemonstrates that this method to treat facial spasm is very effective. |
