结核性脑膜炎45例临床分析

结核性脑膜炎是最常见的中枢神经系统结核病,由于解剖结构的特点往往给诊断和治疗带来很大的困难,进而导致严重后果。近年来由于不典型病例增多,往往造成误诊误治。现将我院1995年5月至2005年12月收治的45例结核性脑膜炎患者临床资料做回顾性分析,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般

Clinical analysis of 45 tuberculous meningitis cases

Objective To investigated the clinical characteristics of tuberculous meningitis to improve the early diagnostic level of tuberculous meningitis.Methods Clinical materials of 45 cases of tuberculous meningitis were analysed retrospectively.Results The most common type of tuberculous meningitis was meningitis , and encephalitis was the second . The cases with atypical cerebrospinal fluid accounted for17.7%(8/45),The result of computerized tomography (CT) and /or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was mosetly (26/45) abnormal.Conclusion Comprehensive analysis of clinical manifestation, cerebrospinal fluid, CT and MRI is effective way to improve the ratio of early diagnosis.
