微螺钉种植支抗远中移动上颌磨牙的临床研究

目的探讨微螺钉种植支抗远中移动上颌磨牙的临床治疗。方法采用直丝弓矫治技术配合微螺钉种植支抗对安氏Ⅱ类患者,前牙深覆盖及深覆患者进行治疗,观察上颌磨牙远中移动情况。结果治疗结束后患者前牙覆颌覆盖关系和Ⅱ类磨牙关系改变,以及面型凸度的改善程度。结论微螺钉种植支抗结合滑动直丝弓技术可以远中移动磨牙,并且有效而稳定,维持牙弓的连续性。

Growing Micro-screw Anchorage Far Upper Molars of Clinical Research

Objective Planting of micro-screw anchorage to move away the clinical treatment of upper molars.Methods The use of straight wire appliance plant with micro-screw anchorage for Angle Class Ⅱpatients,anterior deep overbite depth coverage and treatment of patients were observed in upper molars distal movement.Results After treatment,follow-up observation of patients with jaw front teeth cover the relations and classⅡ molar relationship change,and face convexity of the degree of improvement.Conclusion Discuss Planted with micro-screw anchorage straight wire technique can slip away to move teeth,and the effective and stable,maintaining the continuity of the dental arch.
