摘    要:
目的探讨3种不同的内膜准备方案对冷冻胚胎移植结局的影响。方法回顾性分析1395个冷冻胚胎移植周期,探讨其与妊娠结果的关系。结果 3种方案中病人的年龄、不孕年限、子宫内膜厚度、移植胚胎数间差异无统计学意义。3组移植周期临床妊娠率分别为29.14%、29.55%和28.57%(P〉0.05),流产率为13.86%、14.77%和25%(P〉0.05),宫外孕发生率为2.90%、2.80%和0(P〉0.05),无明显差异。结论在冷冻胚胎移植周期,采用自然周期、激素替代周期或促排卵周期准备内膜的妊娠率、流产率无明显差异,对于排卵正常患者采用自然周期法更经济、简单。

Abstract:
Objective Explore three different endometrial prepation program on the out come of frozen embryo transfer.Methods Ketrospective.analysis of 1395 frozen embryo transfer cycle,explore its relationship with the pregnancy out comes.Results The three options in the patinent’s age,infertility period,endometrial thickness,number of embryos transferred between statistical significance.Three groups of transplanted cycle.Clinican pregnancy rate of 29.14%,resepectively,he 29.55% and 28.57%(P>0.05),the abortion rate was 13.86%,14.77% and 25%(P>0.05),ectopic pregnancy rate of 2.90%,2.80% and 0(P>0.05),no significant difference.Conclusion In frozen embryo transfer cycle,natural cycle,hormone replacement Cycle or ovulation cycle to prepare the end ometriam of pregnancy rate,abortion rate was no significant difference for normal ovulation in patients with natural-cycle approach,more ecomical,simple.
