手术治疗经舟骨月骨周围骨折脱位的疗效分析

目的探讨手术治疗经舟骨月骨周围骨折脱位的临床疗效。方法对2007年11月至2010年10月我院收治的11例经舟骨月骨周围骨折脱位患者,行切开复位、克氏针内固定治疗,采用Cooney评价标准评定临床疗效。结果本组11例经舟骨月骨周围骨折脱位患者,术后随访6个月～3年,平均15个月。优5例,良4例,可2例,优良率81.8%。舟骨骨折均愈合,愈合时问3～6个月,平均4.3个月。患者均未发生月骨坏死、舟骨缺血性坏死、神经血管损伤、皮肤坏死及骨折畸形愈合等并发症。结论手术治疗经舟骨月骨周围骨折脱位可明显提高疗效,降低并发症发生率。

Surgery Treatment for Scaphoid Perilunate Fracture Dislocation

Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgery treatment for scaphoid perilunate fracture dislocation.Methods 11 patients with scaphoid perilunate fracture dislocation from November to October 2010 received open reduction,internal fixation with Kirschner wire.Clinical effect was evaluated by Cooney.Results 11 patients with scaphoid perilunate fracture dislocation were followed up for 6 months to 3 years, an average of 15 months.There were excellent in 5 cases,good in 4 cases,fair in 2 cases,good rate of 81.8%.Scaphoid fractures were all healed with the healing time of 3～6 months,an average of 4.3months.There was no lunate bone necrosis,avascular necrosis of the scaphoid,neurovascular injury,skin necrosis and malunion and other complications.Conclusion Surgical treatment of scaphoid perilunate fracture dislocation can significantly improve efficacy,reduce the incidence of complications.
