腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的疗效观察

目的比较采用腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术、传统修补术和无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝疗效。方法选择2009年7月至2011年7月在我院进行治疗的120例腹股沟疝患者,所有患者均符合腹股沟疝的临床诊断标准,研究对象分为3组,分别为腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术组（A组）、传统修补术组（B组）和无张力修补术组（C组）,所有患者均签署知情同意书,愿意参加本次研究,进行修补后评价治疗的疗效,并且给予一定的比较。结果腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术在手术时间、下床时间、住院时间和止痛药与无张力修补组、传统修补组比较均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,无张力修补组在手术时间、下床时间、住院时间和止痛药效果也优于传统修补组,但是差异没有显著性（P〉0.05）;研究显示腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术治愈率为100%,无张力修补组其治愈率为96.0%,传统修补组治愈率为94.0%,2组患者在治愈率方面没有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,3组患者并发症发生率比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,其中腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术尿潴留和缝线反应均明显高于其他2组（P〈0.05）。结论采用腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术治疗腹股沟疝相对于传统修补术疗效快速,并发症发生少,应加强推广。

Laparoscopic Hernia Repair of the Peritoneal Treat the Old Groin Hernia Curative Effect Observation

Objective To compare the laparoscopic hernia repair of the peritoneal, traditional suture without tension and repair of inguinal hernia treatment efficacy.Methods Selection in July 2009 to July 2011 in our hospital for treatment of 120 cases of patients with inguinal hernia, all patients are in line with the groin hernia clinical diagnosis standard, the research object is divided into three groups, respectively for the peritoneum laparoscopic hernia repair of group (group A), traditional suture group (group B) and no tension suture group (group C),all the patients were informed agreement signed, willing to take part in this research,to repair the therapeutic effect of evaluation,and give some more.Results The peritoneum laparoscopic hernia repair of operation time, in bed time, length of hospital stay,and with no tension repair group painkillers, traditional repair group compared all have statistically significant (P<0.05),no tension repair group operating time,in bed time, length of hospital stay, and is better than the traditional repair painkillers effect, but the difference of no significant(P>0.05);The study indicated that there is a laparoscopic hernia repair of cure rate was 100%, and there were no tension repair group the cure rate was 96.0% and the traditional repair group cure rate was 94.0%,the two groups of patients in the cure rate did not statistically significant (P<0.05),three groups of patients complication rate is a statistically significant (P<0.05), including the peritoneum laparoscopic hernia repair of urinary retention and suture reaction were significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic hernia repair of the peritoneal treatment compared with traditional inguinal hernia repair of curative effect quickly,less complications,should strengthen promotion.
