| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了糖尿病患者自我管理中目标设定的方法,归纳了患者对设定目标的选择、完成情况、影响因素,及其在改善饮食和运动行为、加强血糖控制、促进心理健康和提高自我管理能力方面的效果.在此基础上,对目标设定在糖尿病患者自我管理中的研究前景进行了展望.

| Abstract: | This paper elaborated the method of goal setting applied in self - management of diabetic patients, summarized the establishment, attainment andinfluencing factors of goals in patients, improved diet and exercise behavior, strengthened the control of the blood glucose, promoted the health of mental and improved self - management ability. Then it put forward some prospects of research on goal setting applied in self - management of diabetic patients. |
