| 摘 要： | 目的探讨质量管理小组在成批大面积烧伤患者救治中发挥的作用。方法将医护人员分为院内及院外小组，实行小组负责制，参与现场指导救治、途中转运、院内抢救及护理的全过程。结果14批烧伤患者共88例，除2例分别合并急性肾功能衰竭及重度吸入性损伤导致死亡外，其余86例均顺利度过休克期。结论采用小组式管理能有效提高成批大面积烧伤患者的救治成功率，减少死亡率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the function of quality control group in the rescue of burn patients in batch.Method The medical staff were divided in- to in-bospital group and out-hospital group participating in the process of field first aid,transportation,in-hospital rescue and nursing.Result In the 88 burn patients in 14 batches,86 patients were successfully rescued.Two patients died of acute renal failure and severe inhalation injury respectively.
