| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相法测定胎乐颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法：采用Phenomenon-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm）色谱柱；流动相：乙腈-水（33∶67）；流速：1.0 ml/min，漂移管温度：50℃，气流量：1.5 L/min。结果：黄芪甲苷在1.008～10.080 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 3），平均回收率为97.29%，RSD=1.48%。结论：本方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于胎乐颗粒中黄芪甲苷的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of astragaloside in Taile Granules by HPLC. Methods： The Phenomenon-C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） column was used. The mobile phases consisted of acetonitrile and water （33：67）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the drift tube temperature was 50℃. Results： The linear ranges of astraga loside was at 1.008-10.080 μg （r=0.999 3）, the average recovery was 97.29% with a RSD of 1.48%. Conclusion： The method is fast, reliable, accurate and can be used in the quality control of astragaloside in Taile Granules. |
