| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨文拉法辛的抗抑郁疗效及安全性。方法:采用随机对照方法,两组分别给予文拉法辛和阿米替林,采用HAMD,HAMA,TESS评定疗效及不良反应。结果:文拉法辛组显效率为87%,阿米替林组为81%,两组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但文拉法辛起效较快,且不良反应少。结论:文拉法辛疗效肯定,不良反应少,安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of Venlafaxine in the treatment of the depression disorder. Methods:The patients were divided into two groups randomly and took Venlafaxine or Amitriptyline. Rating them by HAMD, HAMA and TESS scale.Results: 87% patients in Venlafaxine group and 81% in Amitriptyline group had obtained clinical effect. There was no significant deference between two groups (P<0.05). But it was faster to work and had fewer side effects in Venlafaxine group than that in Amitriptyline group.Conclusions: Venlafaxine has affirmative clinical effect, little side effect and high safety in treating depression disorder. |
