细菌基因工程药物研究进展

摘    要:采用肠道益生菌重构肠道生态平衡,治疗各种代谢相关慢性疾病,是当前保健和医疗行业的热门研究领域。由于人群个体差异,益生菌的治疗效果并不稳定。采用合成生物学手段,将具有特殊治疗作用的功能片段导入益生菌中,创造具有靶向治疗效果的细菌活体药物,对医药发展具有重要影响。本文阐述以各种细菌为治疗载体的活体药物研究进展,包括用于疾病治疗的细菌种类优势、封存技术以及所携带效应物的表达调控。

Abstract:Recent years,probiotics have been widely to treat a variety of metabolic-related diseases by reconstituting the intestinal microflora,and this research is an attractive field in the health care and medical industry.However,the effects of probiotics could different from one individual to another due to differences indisease state.It is helpful to the development of medicine by introducing a functional entity with special therapeutic effect into probiotics or other functional strains to create a“live drug”with targeted therapeutic effect.This article summarizes the recent advance on biomedical drugs with using bacteria as therapeutic vectors,including the types and advantages of bacteria used in disease treatment,the biocontainment and the expression regulation of effect agents.
