| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨磁共振血管造影(MRA)在脑动静脉畸形(AVM)中的诊断价值。方法:选取26例经DSA确诊的AVM患者,与术前脑血管MRA检查结果进行比较。结果:MRA与DSA诊断病灶大小、静脉支数上,结果比较有差异(P<0.05),MRA与DSA在诊断动脉支数上结果比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:MRA影像技术能够清晰显示脑动脉畸形的畸形血管巢位置、供血动脉及引流静脉,为临床治疗方法的确定提供了充分的基础,值得在临床上推广使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the analysis of MRA cerebral arteriovenous malformation.Methods The 26 patients with DSA AVM diagnosed patients with preoperative cerebral vascular MRA findingswere compared.Results MRA and DSA in the diagnosis of the lesion size and venous count.Results there are differences (P<0.05),MRA and DSA in the diagnosis of arterial vessels results there is no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion MRA can clearly demonstrate the feeding arteries,malformed vascular nests,draining veins,thus potentially providing a reliable evidence for therapeutic planning,which is worthy to be clinically applied and popularized. |
