腹壁子宫内膜异位症的MRI表现与临床应用

目的:分析和总结腹壁子宫内膜异位症(AWE)的MRI影像学特征,提高其诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的10例AWE患者的影像学资料及临床资料,均行MRI检查。结果:10例患者均发现下腹壁横切口处扪及结节,经期疼痛不适明显;MRI表现为肿块T1WI呈略高信号,T2WI呈略高信号,DWI呈不均匀高信号,其中6例病变与邻近腹直肌局部分界欠清。结论:AWE具有一定特征性的MRI影像表现,结合临床症状和体征,可帮助临床医生提高诊断正确率。

MRI manifestations and clinical application of abdominal wall endometriosis

Objective To analyze and summarize the MRI imaging features of abdominal wall endometriosis(AWE)and improve its diagnostic level.Methods The radiographic and clinical data of 10 patients with AWE confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent MRI.Results All 10 patients were found to have palpable nodules at the transverse incision of the lower abdominal wall,with obvious pain and discomfort during menstruation.MRI showed slightly higher signal in T1WI,slightly higher signal in T2WI,and uneven high signal in DWI,among which 6 cases had unclear local boundary between lesions and adjacent rectus abdominis.Conclusion AWE has certain characteristic MRI imaging manifestations,combined with clinical symptoms and signs,can help clinicians improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
