| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经腋下小切口手术治疗自发性气胸的临床疗效。方法回顾分析84例经腋下小切口手术治疗自发性气胸的临床资料。结果 84例中无死亡病例,无并发症;术中出血量在（50±15）ml,术后胸腔引流量（160±25）ml,平均拔管时间在2.5天,平均住院天数为10天。结论腋下小切口手术治疗自发性气胸安全,损伤小,恢复快,费用低,疗效可靠,具有临床推广意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of spontaneous pneumothorax treated with minimal axillary thoracotomy.Methods 84 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax were retrospectively studied.Results 84 cases had a good recovery after operation,and no complication was found.The intraoperative blood loss was ranged at 50±15 ml,and the amount of thoracic cavity drainage was ranged at 160±25 ml.The average time of extubation was 2.5d,and the average hospital stay was 10d.Conclusion Minimal axillary thoracotomy is a safe and minimally invasive way in treating spontaneous pneumothorax.It has the advantages of rapid recovery,lower cost and reliable effect,and is worthy of Clinical expansion. |
