| 摘 要： | 2002年,〈中共中央、国务院关于进一步加强农村卫生工作的决定〉颁布,明确了对乡镇卫生院的改革目标.但时至今日,乡镇卫生院的改革仍阻力重重.笔者认为,当务之急是发挥政府在卫生院改革中的主导作用,自上而下,系统、全面地推进卫生院的改革.

| Abstract: | Chinese Central Commission of Chinese Communist Party and State Council's Decision about Strengthening Rural Health Work was issued in2002,which made sure the reform objective of township hospitals.But there are still a lot of obstacles to this day.I think the government should play dominant role in the reform of township hospitals and the reform should be carried out systematically and comprehensively from top to bottom. |
