| 摘 要： | 目的 了解村医生发现与督导管理结核病病例的现状。方法 采用多阶段整群分层随机抽样方法选取样本，使用自制调查问卷，采取面对面询问方式调查。结果 37.6%的村医生发现过可疑肺结核症状者，村医生对结核病病例发现贡献度为74.5%，36.2%的村医生督导过肺结核患者，结核病病例的督导管理率为84.1%，83.0%的村医生对村民和结核患者开展过健康教育。结论 村医生在结核病病例发现与督导中作用未达到预期效果，应加强对村医生的专业培训和对现代结核病控制策略（directly observed treatment, short course, DOTS）的了解，提高村医生的综合素质。
