闪烁伪像强度影响因素的体外体模研究

摘    要:
目的 探讨影响闪烁伪像强度的各种物理因素,以指导其临床应用。方法 选取易产生闪烁伪像的砂纸模仿粗糙物体表面形貌制作模型,利用水做透声窗进行彩色多普勒超声扫查,通过保持实验参数变化而其他参数恒定的参数调整原则,筛选最优实验设置,然后将4种不同表面粗糙度的砂纸分别进行模型试验,利用Matlab软件编程计算彩色取样框的数目,对实验数据应用双尾t检验,单因素方差分析及曲线回归分析。结果 闪烁伪像最优显示设置原则:最高彩色优先,位于噪声阈值之下最高彩色增益,较高脉冲重复频率下高通壁滤波,位于探测物体之下的聚焦深度及基波成像情况下适当调节彩色取样框大小(P<0.05), 砂纸表面粗糙度与闪烁伪像强度呈线性正相关(r=0.912,P<0.001)。结论 闪烁伪像临床应用受机器设置与物体表面粗糙度影响,正确掌握其作用特点对临床应用与科学研究具有重要意义。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the different physical factors affecting the intensity of the twinkling artifact in order to guide its clinical use. Methods The sandpapers were selected as the phantom to qualify the roughness condition and water was selected as the acoustic window to conduct color-doppler imaging ultrasonography. All the selected parameters were changed respectively according to the principle of single variable. The optimized parameter settings were determined and used in the four different kinds of the sandpapers. All the above-mentioned data were saved and analyzed by Matlab software. The two-tail t test, one factor analysis of variance (ANOVA) and curved regression analysis were used for the comparison. Results The optimized condition for the display of the twinkling artifact were as follows: the highest color write priority and color gain, which were just below the threshold mentioneded under for color noise, a maximum wall-filter under a higher pulse repetition frequency, a focus depth setting below the sandpaper and a color box adjusted properly in the fundamental imaging mode (P<0.05). The intensity of the twinkling artifact was in direct proportion to the roughness of the sandpaper(r=0.912, P<0.001). Conclusion The parameter settings and the roughness of the sandpaper are found to affect the intensity of the twinkling artifact. It is of great significance to grasping the mechanism of these parameters for the improvement of the twinkling artifact in clinical use and research.
