浅论隐症的证候分型

隐症又称潜症、潜隐症,指机体已发生病理性改变,但“无症可辨”的一类病证或状态,相当于现代医学的潜伏期、发病前期,包括亚健康状态。研究隐症,可补充四诊内容,提高疾病的早期发现率;发挥中医“治未病”的优势;将中医诊断发展到微观水平,丰富了中医理论中对于疾病实质的认识。临床可分为虚、实两证进行治疗。其实证,即机体功能增强,或单一脏腑功能增强,或整体功能增强。
