二甲双胍干预治疗糖耐量受损疗效观察

目的观察二甲双胍干预治疗糖耐量受损的疗效。方法将我科收治的糖耐量受损（IGT）患者60例,分为治疗组32例和对照组28例,二组均予一般治疗（非药物治疗）,包括饮食干预和运动干预,并加强糖尿病健康教育等,治疗组给予二甲双胍750mg/d,分2次口服,观察1年。结果二组患者经1年的治疗观察后,治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、BMI、腰围等指标较干预前均有明显改善（P〈0.05）,且无发展至临床糖尿病者;而对照组则上述各项指标均无明显改善,有5例发展为临床糖尿病。结论二甲双胍干预治疗糖耐量受损疗效显著,且可有效预防或延缓糖尿病的发生。

OBSERVATION OF METFORMIN INTERVENTION IN TREATMENT OF IMPAIRED CARBoHYDRATE TOLERANCE

Objective To observe the effect of Metformin intervention on impaired carbohydrate tolerance effect. Methods 60 IGT patients were randomly divided into treatment group（32 cases）and the control group（28 cases）, the general treatment were given to the patients in both groups（non-drug therapy）, including diet intervention, exercise intervention and health education of diabetes. The treatment group were given additional Metformin 750 mg/day. All the patients had been observed for 1 year. Results After one year of treatment, fasting blood glucose, two- hour postprandial blood glucose, BMI, waist circumference and other indicators in the treatment group were significantly improved than those in the controls（P〈0. 05）. There was none clinical diabetes developed in the treatment group, while 5 eases developed to diabetes in the control group with no improvement of all the above values. Conclusion Metformin treatment in impaired glucose tolerance intervention is effective, and can effectively prevent or delay the occurrence of diabetes.
