中药裂叶荆芥芥穗4种化学成分的研究

摘    要:采用溶剂提取和硅胶、聚酰胺、活性炭柱层析进行分离,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据对裂叶荆芥[Schizonepeta mulifida(L.)Briq.]芥穗的化学成分进行研究。结果得到3个化合物,分别确定为脱氢枞油烯、新壬四酸、3-亚胺基-N-氮代乙酰胺基丁内酰胺。另一为正高级烷烃混合物,经GC-MS分析证明内含17种正碳烷;3个化合物均为首次从该植物中分得,其中新壬四酸和3-亚胺基-N-氮代乙酰胺基丁内酰胺为新化合物。

Abstract:The chemical contituents of the ear of Schizonepeta mulifida (L. )Briq. were separated by solvent extraction and chromatography on silica gel and polyamide and activated carbon. Its structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Three compounds were obtained and elucidated as dehydrosylvestrene ( V ), neoenneaanetetraoic acid (VII), 3-imino-N-nitrogensubstituted acetamido cyclic buty amide( VIII) . The other mixture was proved to contain seventeen compounds of n-alkane by GC-MS analysis. Three compounds were isolated from the title plant for the first time. Among them, VII and W are new compounds.
