脑海绵状血管瘤的诊断与手术治疗

目的：探讨脑海绵状血管瘤的诊断,观察手术治疗脑海绵状血管瘤的疗效。方法：回顾2000~2010年诊断为脑海绵状血管瘤并手术治疗的21例患者的临床资料,对癫痫、局部神经功能障碍改善进行观察。结果：21例病灶完全切除,无死亡、无严重并发症。术前局部神经功能障碍5例,术后改善4例,1例无变化,无加重者。癫痫发作观察：术前有癫痫发作者16例,13例术后再无发作并停药,3例术后偶有发作,继续服药后再未发作。结论：MRI检查对诊断脑海绵状血管瘤具有较高的特异性,对反复出血或继发癫痫患者手术治疗效果满意。

The Diagnosis and Surgical Treatment for Cerebral Cavernous Angioma

Objective：To analysis the outcome of operation treatment in cerebral cavernous angioma（CCA） and to evaluate the indication of treatment.Methods：From 2000 to 2010,21 CCA patients were treated by operation,to observe the therapeutic effect in epilepsy and neurological deficits.Results：21 cases of focal complete excision,no death,no serious complications.Preoperative local disorders of nervous functions in 5 patients,and postoperative improve 4 cases,there is no change in 1 case,no aggravating person.Seizures observation： preoperative have epilepsy hair the author（16）,and after 13 cases no attack and withdrawal,3 cases postoperative occasionally attack,continue again after taking the drug not attack.Conclusion：MRI on diagnosis of cerebral cavernous angioma with high specificity,Microsurgery is a chief and effective treatment method in CCA patients
