克痤隐酮凝胶治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

目的探讨克痤隐酮凝胶治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法根据痤疮的临床诊断和分级标准,将70例轻中度痤疮门诊患者随机分为克痤隐酮凝胶组（治疗组）和维A酸乳膏组（对照组）,治疗组每日早晚给予克痤隐酮凝胶外用,对照组每晚给予维A酸乳膏外用,根据皮损数量变化计算消退率判断疗效。结果治疗4周后比较两组疗效和不良反应比较。克痤隐酮凝胶组治疗寻常痤疮有效率91.42%,维A酸乳膏组有效率85.71%,克痤隐酮凝胶组疗效优于维A酸乳膏组,两者疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。克痤隐酮凝胶组的不良反应发生率为8.57%,A酸乳膏组的不良反应发生率为34.28%,克痤隐酮凝胶组低于A酸乳膏组,两者不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论克痤隐酮凝胶治疗轻中度痤疮具有疗效显著、副作用小等优点。

Clinical Controlled Research on Acne Vulgaris Treated with Kecuo Yintong Gel and Tretinoin Cream
