超声对女童特发性性早熟的诊断价值探讨

目的利用超声观察女童特发性性早熟子宫、卵巢形态的改变,提高其正确诊断率.方法采用彩色多普勒超声（CDF）I测量子宫、卵巢大小及最大卵泡大小,一个切面的最大卵泡数,并与正常同龄女童的各项测值比较.结果特发性性早熟患儿子宫各测值大于正常同龄女童（P〈0.05）;随着分期的增高,子宫和卵巢的容积、最大卵泡直径增大越明显,一个切面的卵泡数逐渐增多.结论通过超声测量子宫、卵巢和卵泡各个数值,结合临床表现,加以分析,对女童特发性性早熟的诊断和鉴别诊断具有较大的价值.

The Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound in Girls with Idiopathic Precocious Puberty

Objective To investigate the morphological changes in uterus and ovary of girls with idiopathic precocious puberty and so to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis.Methods We measured the uterine,ovarian follicle size and the largest size,a cross-section of the largest number of follicles by Color Doppler Flow Imaging（CDFI）.Then we compared these indexes with the normal control groups in the same age.Results The uterine indexes of girls with idiopathic precocious puberty are significantly larger than the normal girls at the same age（P0.05）;The volume of uterine,ovary and the largest follicle diameter,a section of the largest number of follicles became more and more larger gradually with different stages.Conclusions Combined with the clinical symptoms,the measurement of uterine,ovarian follicle number and size by Color Doppler Flow Imaging（CDFI）has great value on diagnosis and differential diagnosis of idiopathic precocious puberty in girls.
