| 摘 要： | 目的 评价超声心动图在房颤病因诊断、治疗选择方面的临床价值。方法 对临床确诊的200例房颤患者的临床和超声心动图资料进行回顾性分析。结果 房颤药物转复成功率与左房大小、房颤持续时间、是否合并器质性心脏病变密切相关。结论 超声心动图在房颤患者的病因诊断、指导治疗、判断预后等方面能提供重要临床信息。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Doppler echocardiography in the etiological diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation. Methods 200 cases of atrial fibrillation were reviewed based on the clinical and echocardiography data. Results Pharmacologic conversion rate of atrial fibrillation was correlated with left atrial size and the arrhythmia duration and the basis of primary heart diseases. Conclusion Echocardiography plays an important role in the etiological diagnosis, management and prognosis of atrial fibrillation. |
