| 摘 要： | 目的制订金泽冠心软胶囊的质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法鉴别雪胆提取物中雪胆甲素和测定泽泻提取物中23-乙酰泽泻醇B的含量。结果在HPLC色谱中能检出雪胆甲素,23-乙酰泽泻醇B进样量在0.731 2～2.924 8μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.15%,RSD为0.96%(n=6)。结论该定性定量方法简便准确,能有效控制金泽冠心软胶囊的质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standards for Jinzeguanxin Soft Capsules.Methods The HPLC method was used to identify cucurbitacin in the Hemsleya extract and determine the 23-acetate alisol B content in the Alismatis extract.Results In the detected HPLC chromatography,the sample size of cucurbitacin and 23-acetate alisol B in the range of 0.731 2-2.924 8 μg showed a good liner relationship with the peak areas（ r = 0.999 9）.The average recovery rate was 99.15% with RSD of 0.96%（ n = 6）. Conclusion The established qualitative and quantitative method is simple and accurate,and may effectively control the quality of Jinzeguanxin Soft Capsules. |
