医院药学的现状及发展方向

目的推动医院药学发展。方法分析国内医院药学的发展近况及存在的弊端。结果目前医院药学发展水平不能满足患者药学服务的需求,与发达国家存在差距,主要体现在医院对药学的重视程度不够、医院药学发展不平衡,药师队伍的整体素质有待提高,管理模式不适应现代医院发展。结论发展我国医院药学需要对症下药。完善和提高医院制剂水平,注重制剂科研开发,走技术服务型道路,利用网络服务平台给药师和患者提供药品信息交流,将成为今后药学服务的发展方向。

Status Quo and Development Direction of Hospital Pharmacy

Objective To promote the development of hospital pharmacy. Methods To analyze the latest development of the domestic hospital pharmacy and existing disadvantages. Results Present hospital pharmacy development can not meet the needs of the pharma- ceutical care of patients, there is a gap with the developed coontries, mainly reflected in the aspects of the insufficient emphasis of the hospital pharmacy, the uneven development of the hospital pharmacy, pharmacist team＇s overall low quality and the management model unsuitable to the modern hospital development. Conclusion The development of hospital pharmacy in our country needs to suit the medicine to the illness. Perfecting and increasing the level of hospital preparations, focusing on the preparations scientific research and development, taking the path of technical services and providing the drug information communication to pharmacists and patients by us- ing the network service plat will be the development direction of pharmaceutical care in the future.
