黄柏中盐酸小檗碱的闪式提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究闪式提取黄柏中盐酸小檗碱的最佳工艺条件。方法以盐酸小檗碱的提取量为指标,采用正交试验设计,对闪式提取的影响因素进行考察,并在提取率、提取时间、耗电量等方面与文献报道的常规方法进行比较。结果闪式提取的最佳工艺为65%乙醇15倍量,闪式提取2 min。结论所用方法工艺简单、经济、提取率高,可为中药黄柏的开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To study the optimal technology conditions of extracting berherine hydrochloride from cortex phellodendri by the smashing tissue extraction. Methods With the extract amount of berberine hydrochloride as the index,the orthogonal design was adopted to investigate the influencing factors of the smashing tissue extraction,which was compared with routine method reported by the litera- ture in the aspects of extraction rate, extraction time and electricity consumption. Results The optimized conditions of the smashing tis- sue extraction were 15 times amount of 65% ethanol and the smashing tissue extraction for 2 rain. Conclusion The used technology is simple in technology and economic with high yield,which can provide reference for the development and application of Chinese medici- nal material cortex phellodendri.
