硝呋太尔治疗再发滴虫性阴道炎感染42例

目的观察硝呋太尔治疗再发滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法随机将85例再发滴虫性阴道炎感染的患者分为治疗组42例和对照组43例,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为88.10%和79.07%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但硝呋太尔不良反应发生率仅为2.38%,明显低于对照组的27.91%(P<0.01)。结论:硝呋太尔是一种治疗再发滴虫性阴道炎感染的安全有效的抗菌药物,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Nifuratel for Treatment of Recurrent Trichomonal Vaginitis Infection in 42 Cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of nifuratel for the treatment of recurrent trichomonal vaginitis infection.Methods Eighty-five cases of recurrent trichomonal vaginitis were randomly divided into treatment group（nifuratel,42 cases） and control group（metronidazole,43 cases）.The clinical effects were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 88.10%and 79.07 respectively,which revealed no statistical difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.But the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment group was only 2.38%,which was visibly lower than 27.91%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion Nifuratel is a safe and effective antibacterial agent with less adverse reactions in treating recurrent trichomonal vaginitis infection and worthy of clinical application.
