高效液相色谱法同时测定人体润滑剂中苯氧乙醇和羟苯甲酯含量

摘    要:目的建立同时测定人体润滑剂中苯氧乙醇和羟苯甲酯含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Acclaim 120 C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-冰醋酸(310∶690∶2)为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B,梯度洗脱,检测波长为265 nm。结果苯氧乙醇质量浓度在3.02~60.39μg/mL范围内,羟苯甲酯质量浓度在1.33~26.64μg/mL范围内与峰面积均呈良好线性关系,线性方程分别为Y=0.086 X+0.004 34(r=0.999 99,n=5)和Y=0.598 8 X+0.017 39(r=0.999 99,n=5),平均回收率分别为95.66%(RSD=0.92%)和96.37%(RSD=0.53%),人体润滑剂中苯氧乙醇和羟苯甲酯的含量分别为2.85 mg/g和2.00 mg/g。结论该方法简便、可靠,可用于人体润滑剂中苯氧乙醇和羟苯甲酯的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC mothod of simultaneous determination of the phenoxyethanol and methyl hydroxybenzoate contents in the human body lubricant. Methods The Acclaim 120 C18 column (150mm×4.6mm,5μm) was adopted with the gradient elution, acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (310:690:2) as the mobile phase A and acetonitrile as the mobile phase B. The detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results Phenoxyethanol and methyl hydroxybenzoate were good linear in the range of 3.02-60.39 μg/mL and 1.33-26.64 μg/mL, the linear equation was Y=O. O86X+0.004 34(r=0.999 99,n=5) and Y=0.598 8X+0.017 39 ( r = 0. 999 99, n = 5) respectively, the average recovery rates were 95.66% ( RSD = 0. 92% ) and 96.37% ( RSD = 0. 53% ) respectively.
