华蟾素联合动脉介入治疗中晚期胰腺癌130例

目的:回顾分析华蟾素联合动脉介入治疗胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法:130例胰腺癌患者分为试验组65例及对照组65例。两组均用华蟾素25mL 生理氯化钠溶液500mL,静滴,qd,28d为1疗程,试验组加用动脉介入治疗。结果:试验组CR0例,PR35例,NC22例,PD8例,总有效率(以CR PR计)为53.84%;对照组CR0例,PR19例,NC23例,PD23例,总有效率为29.23%,试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组6个月,1,2年生存率分别为52.3%(34/65),27.7%(18/65),20%(13/65);对照组分别为47.7%(31/65),29.2%(19/65),23.1%(15/65),试验组生存率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:华蟾素结合动脉灌注化疗能提高胰腺癌疗效。

Therapeutic effects of the combination of cinobufacini injection and chemotherapy in big artery for 130 patients with middle and late stages of pancrea cancer

Objective:To explore retrospectively the therapeutic effects of the combination of cinobufacini injection(Huachansu)and chemotherapy in big artery for patients with middle and late stages of pancrea cancer.Methods:130 patients with middle or late stages of pancrea cancer were assigned into two groups randomly.Test group received the combination treatment of cinobufacini injection and chemotherapy while control group received single cinobufacini injection intravenously.Results:The overall response rate of test group was 53.84%(CR 0,PR 35,NC 22,PD 8),while control group was 29.23%(CR 0,PR 19,NC 23,PD 23).The overall response rates were significantly different between two groups(P<0.01).The general survival ratesn(%)of test and control group were 34(52.3%)and 31(47.2%)on 6 months,18(27.7%)and 19(29.2%)on 1 year,13(20%)and 15(23.1%)on 2 years,respectively.The general survival rates of two group were significantly different between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of cinobufacini injection and chemotherapy in big artery can increase therapeutic effects on treating pancrea cancer.
