腰椎椎弓根螺钉植入前的X线测量

目的 通过对96例成人腰椎X线相关数据的测量,以获得在植入腰椎椎弓根螺钉之前,对所植入螺钉的直径、长度以及植入方向有一个初步了解.方法 使用游标卡及尺量角器测量:(1)前后位X线片测量腰椎椎弓根的冠状径、矢状径;(2)前后位X线片测量同一腰椎体2个椎弓根中心之间的距离;(3)侧位X线片测量腰椎椎弓根的高度;(4)侧位X线片测量腰椎椎弓根后缘至腰椎体前缘的距离;(5)侧位X线片测量同一腰椎上终板延长线与棘突之间的角度.结果 得到上述5项相关数据的测量结果.结论 通过这些术前测量使术者在术前、术中对所植入螺钉的直径、长度以及植入方向有一个初步了解.

Measurement of X-ray in pedicle screw implantation of lumbar

Objective To primarily understand the diameter,size and direction of lumber pedicle screws before implantation by observing clinical data of 96 cases of lumber x-ray.Methods Using slide gaud and protractor to measure:(1) the coronal and sagittal distance of lumber pedicles in AP view;(2) the height of lumber pedicles in lateral view;(3) the distance between posterior brim of pedicle and anterior brim of lumber vertebra in lateral view;(4) the distance between two pedicles of same lumber vertebra in AP view;(5) the angle between the extended line of upper-endplate and superior brim of spinous process in same vertebra.Results The clinical data were gathered according to these measures.Conclusion The pre-operative measure of pedicles and detailed plan of screw implantation are crucial part for the surgery,the orthopedic surgeons can better understand the diameter,size and direction of pedicle screws before operation by determining these data.
