摘    要:
[目的]研究糖疽膏的药效学作用,为临床应用提供理论依据。[方法]肾上腺素法致小鼠微循环障碍、二甲苯法致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶法致大鼠足跖肿胀,观察糖疽膏外用的治疗作用。[结果]糖疽膏可明显增加肾上腺素致微循环障碍小鼠耳廓微动脉及微静脉管径,加快微血管内红细胞(RBC)流速,改善小鼠耳廓微循环;糖疽膏还对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀有明显抑制作用,并可抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀。[结论]糖疽膏外用可改善小鼠耳廓微循环,并具有一定抗炎作用。

Abstract:
[Objective] To investigate the chief pharmaocodynamic effect of Tangju Gao(adhesive plaster for treating gangrene of diabetic foot) and provide some theoretic evidences for clinical application. [Methods] The therapeutic effect of Tangju Gao in external application was observed with a model of microcirculatory disturbance induced with adrenaline in mice, a model of auricular swelling induced with dimethylbenzene in mice and a model of swelling of foot metatarsus induced with carrageenin in rats. [Results] Tangju Gao may obviously increase the diameter of the arteriole and venule in the auricula in mice with microcirculatory disturbance, speed up the velocity of blood flow and improve its microcirculation. Tangju Gao may also improve the auricular swelling induced with dimethylbenzene in mice, inhibit the swelling in foot metatarsus induced with carrageenin in rats. [Conclusions] Tangju Gao in external application can improve the auricular microcirculation in mice and may have some anti-inflammatory effects.
