摘    要:目的:探讨骨涎蛋白(Bone sialoprotein,BSP)、骨桥蛋白(Osteopontin,OPN)在Balb/c小鼠牙胚发育各期的时空分布特点及两者在牙齿矿化过程中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化法观察Balb/c小鼠出生前后牙胚及颌骨中BSP、OPN的表达与分布。结果:BSP、OPN在牙胚发育中的时空分布模式存在差异。OPN在蕾状期的表达弱于BSP,两者在成釉器早期的发育中作用微弱;在帽状期、钟状期及牙体硬组织(牙冠、牙根)分泌形成期,OPN的表达范围及强度高于BSP,尤其在牙体硬组织形成期,OPN在牙胚各类细胞及骨组织中均呈强阳性表达。结论:BSP、OPN参与牙胚的发育及牙体硬组织的矿化成熟,在牙齿发育中发挥关键作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the temporal and spatial distributions of BSP (Bone sialoprotein) and OPN(Osteopontin) during mouse tooth germ development and their functions in tooth mineralization.Method:Immunohistochemical staining technique was used to observe the expression and distribution of BSP and OPN in mouse tooth germ and jaws.Result:BSP and OPN have different temporal and spatial distribution mode during mouse tooth germ development . The expression of OPN during bud stage was weaker than that of BSP. Both BSP and OPN played weak role in early development of enamel organ. Up to cap stage, bell stage and tooth tissue secretory stage, the expression of OPN was wider and more extensive than that of BSP. Especially during tooth tissue secretory stage, OPN was strongly positive in all tooth germ cells and bones. Conclusion:BSP and OPN are involved in tooth germ development and tooth tissues mineralization, they have played role in tooth development.
