摘    要:
目的:探讨剖宫产术式的进一步改良,寻求更安全、更优越的手术方式。方法:对632例足月妊娠具有手术指征的产妇分别采用改良式剖宫产及子宫下段剖宫产术,观察手术时间、出血量、娩头难易、术后排气时间、术后病率、切口愈合、母乳喂养、恶露干净时间,并进行比较。结果:改良式剖宫产较子宫下段剖宫产手术时间明显缩短(P<0·01),出血量明显减少(P<0·01),术后排气早(P<0·01),切口甲级愈合率达99·30%,纯母乳喂养率高(P<0·05),产后恶露干净所需时间短(P<0·05)。结论:剖宫产术式可不断改良,使其更易于被接受,并可在临床上推广使用。

Abstract:
Objective:To probe the improvement of the new type Cesarean section.To explore the safer and better operation way. Methods:Take the new improvement type of Cesarean section operation and the lower uterus section operation to the 632 mature pregnant women with the possibility of operation, observe and compare the operation time,the amount of bloodshed, the difficulty of delivery, exhaust time after operation, illness rate after operation, wound healing, mother milk feeding and lochia cleaning time. Results:The time of the new improvement type of Cesarean section operation is obviously shorter than the lower uterus section operation(P<0.01),the amount of bloodshed is obviously less(P<0.01),exhaust time after operation is earlier(P<0.01),the rate of the first grade wound healing is 99.30%,the rate of mother milk feeding is higher(P<0.05) and the time of lochia cleaning after delivery is shorter (P<0.01). Conclusion:The type of cesarean section can be constantly improved, more easily accepted and can be spread to use in the clinical practice.
