临床路径对冠心病并2型糖尿病患者实施干预的研究

目的应用临床路径对冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者实施干预的效果研究。方法选择我院60例冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者分为两组，观察组给予临床路径干预，对照组给予常规治疗。评测两组患者心功能改善情况和血糖控制情况。结果观察组心功能改善、空腹血糖、餐后血糖和糖化血红蛋白都优于对照组。结论临床路径改善了患者的心功能和血糖控制情况，满足了患者的健康需求，增进了医患关系。

A study on effect of clinical path applied for coronary disease with type2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the effect of clinical path for coronary disease with type2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 patients of coronary disease with type2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups. The patients in the experimental group received clinical path service. Then, the patients＇ ehanges of heart function and quality in evaluating diabetes control was compared between experimental group and control group. Resuits The patients＇ heart function, FBS, PBS , and HbA1C in experimental group were better than that control group . Conclusion Clinical path is a convenient and economic means ,which not only can improve changes of heart function and quality in evaluating diabetes control, but also can facilitate relationship between the doctors and the patients, and meet the patients＇ health needs.
