单孔与三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的对比研究

目的：评价经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的安全性和可行性。方法：回顾分析为66例患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC）的临床资料,33例行经脐单孔LC（单孔组）,33例行三孔法LC（三孔组）。主要评价指标包括：术中及术后并发症、术后疼痛程度、中转开腹率;次要指标包括：手术时间、术中估计出血量、手术难易度、开始进食时间及术后住院时间。结果：两组的主要指标及次要指标差异均无统计学意义。结论：经脐单孔LC可取得与三孔法相同的临床结果,此术式是安全可行的。

Comparative study of one-port and three-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective:To evaluate the safety and feasibility of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:The clinical data of 66 patients who underwent LC were retrospectively analyzed,of which 33 underwent transumbilical single-incision LC(single-port group) and 33 underwent three-port LC(three-port group).The primary assessment indexes included intraoperative and postoperative complications,postoperative pain,the conversion rate,and the secondary assessment indexes included the length of operation,estimated blood loss during operation,difficulty of the operation,time of starting oral intake after surgery,and postoperative hospital stay.Results:There were no significant differences between the two groups with respect to key indicators and secondary indicators.Conclusions:Transumbilical single-incision LC is safe,feasible and has similar clinical outcomes compared to the conventional three-port LC.
